Robert Forro is the principal, founder and current owner of the company. Graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1983 from the School of Architecture with many additional studies in Real Estate, Project Entitlements, Building construction and Code Enforcement has equipped  him with a wide variety of interest, talents and skills. Having built or developed over 400 custom homes and subdivisions in his career there is very little he has not done or experienced in the construction and real estate markets. His speciality has been focusing on highly creative design and construction solutions to give his customers the best value for their money and inspiring solutions for their homes and communities. 

Growing up in Savannah Georgia inspired him to study and appreciate correct archtectural design and land planning. He loves traveling the world to study Architecture and culturally inspired land planning. His personal interest center around outdoors and staying in shape. He has three grown children who also share many his creative and artistic ablities.
